ROCKFORD — A Rockford man is jailed on several charges, including first-degree murder, in the death of a local woman.
A 37-year-old Rockford man, Joseph G. Peppers, 37, is currently being held without bond. In addition to murder, he’s charged with aggravated domestic battery, concealment of a homicidal death and violating a bail bond.
