Santa Claus will visit CherryVale Mall, holiday events canceled

CHERRY VALLEY — Although holiday events are canceled this year because of COVID-19, Santa Claus will still visit CherryVale Mall.

Santa and his elves will arrive Friday, Nov. 27, and be at Center Court until Christmas Eve. Visits will be contactless, with families sitting six feet apart to ensure proper social distancing.

Santa will be available for photos 11 a.m.- 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday; Sundays, noon to 6 p.m.; and Christmas Eve, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. The set will be closed Nov. 30 and Dec. 7.

All guests must schedule their visit with Santa online. Walk-ups will be allowed during the first and last hour of the day, time permitting. All visitors must wear masks before, during, and after photos.

Mall officials say they hope to being events such as the Santa arrival party, pet photos, and Santa Cares back in 2021.
